Three packs, three price ranges and four factors that move the quote. Here is what a wedding DJ costs in Mallorca and how to tell which one fits.

Hardly anyone publishes what a wedding DJ costs, so searches for “wedding DJ price Mallorca” end in forms without numbers. We would rather put the figures on the table: these are the prices published on our DJ in Mallorca page, with what each pack includes.

They are indicative prices. Every wedding is quoted by duration, guest count, location and technical needs, and quotes are free and without obligation. What this guide gives you is the order of magnitude and the criteria to understand why a quote comes out higher or lower.

01 — The prices

How much does a wedding DJ cost in Mallorca?

With FØNØY Sound, a wedding DJ costs from €1.000 (DJ Session Pack), between €1.800 and €3.000 (DJ + Sound Pack) or from €3.000 (Full DJ Pack). Which one fits depends mainly on whether the venue already has sound and how many guests you will be.

Every pack includes a professional DJ, a complete booth, setup and teardown. Our base is in Palma and we cover the whole island with transport included.

02 — What is included

What does each wedding DJ pack include?

All three share the same booth and add layers. This is what each one carries:

DJ Session Pack

Professional DJ for up to 4 hours, Pioneer XDJ-RX3 with Allen & Heath Xone 92 mixer, RCF ART booth monitors, DJ table, cabling and soundcheck.

DJ + Sound Pack

Everything in the DJ Session Pack, plus a PA system with subwoofers, an on-site sound technician and a wireless microphone (useful for speeches and announcements).

Full DJ Pack

Everything in the DJ + Sound Pack, plus lighting with programmed DMX, special effects (smoke, haze) and full technical production.

The PA is chosen by guest count and venue: RCF ART, CURV 500 or HDL Line Array. If you want to see the actual equipment, it is in the sound and lighting catalogue.

03 — What moves the price

What raises or lowers a wedding DJ quote?

Within each range, four factors set the final figure. We list them all because they are what to clarify before comparing quotes:

Duration

The DJ Session Pack covers up to 4 hours. A wedding with cocktail, dinner and party usually asks for more, and duration is one of the data points the quote is built on.

Guest count

It sets the sound system you need. That is why the pack with sound is recommended up to 150 people and the full pack beyond that.

Event location

A finca in the Serra de Tramuntana and a hotel in Palma do not demand the same setup and logistics. If the venue requires it, we do a technical visit beforehand.

Technical needs

If the venue already has sound, the DJ Session Pack is enough. With an outdoor ceremony, speeches, music in several areas or lighting, the quote rises accordingly.

04 — How to choose

Which DJ pack does my wedding need?

A practical way to decide, in order:

If you are between two packs, tell us the date, place and guest count: with that we will say which one we recommend, with no obligation.

  1. Does the venue have its own sound system suitable for dancing? If so, the DJ Session Pack may be enough. If not, you need the DJ + Sound Pack.
  2. How many guests will you be? Up to 150 fits the DJ + Sound Pack; with more, the Full DJ Pack.
  3. Do you want dance floor lighting and effects? That is in the Full DJ Pack.
  4. Is there an outdoor ceremony with speeches? The DJ + Sound Pack includes a wireless microphone. For a ceremony and cocktail without a DJ, we also offer the Ceremony & Speeches Pack for €500 (up to 100 guests, a short event of 3–4 hours).
  5. What time does the music have to stop? At fincas it depends on the licence and the municipal ordinance: we explain it in our guide to [[music at fincas: hours and noise|ruido]].

05 — Asking for a quote

What do I need to request a DJ quote?

With four details we can give you a firm figure in under 24 hours: the date, the place, how many people you will be and whether the venue already has sound. If you also tell us how you picture the night (ceremony, cocktail, dinner, party) and what music you like, we adjust the pack and the playlist from the first message.

The DJ plays house, deep house, techno, disco, funk, pop, Latin and chill-out, always adapted to the event. For weddings we prepare the playlist with you, phase by phase.
