The running order
A wedding is not an eight-hour set: it is four moments, each with its own rules. Here is what plays in every one of them, and what the engineer is doing meanwhile.
Piano, strings and acoustic covers at background level. The entrance, the vows and the recessional are cued to the second with you. Wireless mic for vows and readings.
Soft deep house, bossa, soul and funk. Levels are set so nobody has to raise their voice. Even coverage, no hot spots.
Soul, slow disco, motown and covers. Half a step above the cocktail hour, with the mic ready for the speeches nobody announces. Coordinated with catering and planner.
House, disco, funk, Latin, pop and whatever anthems you ask for. No closed setlist here: the floor is read and the set changes on the fly. Lights and haze synced to the set.
Before the event we build two lists with you: the must-plays that go on no matter what, and the never-plays that stay off even if your brother-in-law asks. Everything else is decided by the floor.

Ceremony, cocktail, dinner and party treated as four distinct moments, not as one eight-hour playlist. We build the music with you, coordinate with the wedding planner and the caterer, and the wireless mic is ready for the speeches. The system is scaled to the space: finca, hotel, garden or cove.
Villas, terraces, yachts, birthdays and anniversaries. You choose the direction: from a chill-out set over dinner to a full dancefloor at three in the morning. For difficult access — dirt tracks, stairs, jetties — we build with portable gear without giving up sound pressure.
Product launches, company dinners, team buildings and galas. Background music that lets people talk during networking and lifts when it should, without overdoing it. We coordinate with the AV production team and with the microphones for the speeches so nothing clashes.
Two to six hour sets in house, deep house, techno, disco and funk — Elephank Crew territory since 2012. Our own technical rider, so the promoter gets a document instead of a list of WhatsApp requests. Technical production experience at events of up to 5,000 people.

Behind the booth
Miki is a sound engineer, DJ and producer. He started playing at fifteen and has spent over a decade in Balearic nightlife: club booths, festival stages, villa terraces and dancefloors built inside fincas at two in the morning.
In 2012 he co-founded Elephank Crew, the Mallorca electronic music label and collective whose residents are Animmik, Ilife and J.A.M.C. That is where the technical team came from that, two years later, became FØNØY Sound. Every Thursday from 21:00 to 22:00 he hosts the Elephank Radio Show on Vicious Radio Mallorca (95.0 FM) and has released on labels such as Shake Recordings, Monkey Stereo and Worms Records.
That double role — DJ and engineer — is why the sound at a FØNØY event does not depend on the PA supplier getting it right. The person playing is the person who calibrated the system.
